Unable to run example

Thank you very much for developing the finder!

I have trouble with running example when executing the following command:

-gml $GML_PATH \

-p $CUR_DIR/uniprot_ARATH.fasta \
-preserve \
1> $CUR_DIR/FINDER_test_ARATH.output \

I attach my FINDER_test_ARATH.output, FINDER_test_ARATH.error and progress.log. Could you please check it out? It seems that it was stuck when starting with PsiCLASS.
