Make it possible to include the output as context for help me fix

I wanted to see if I could get help from AI fixing an hledger problem - it was actually clear what to do given the error message shown under the cell, but this message was not part of the traceback. I am pretty sure that if everything visible under the cell that caused the error was included, I would get a good answer instead of the general troubleshooting tips!

What I am less clear about is if should be the default. I think yes, but what if the output is big?.. Although in most cases it won't be, so the default "yes" should work well!
