Remove transactions list from emailed statements

As discussed in #7383 let's remove the list of transactions entirely from the emailed statements (probably both daily and monthly) and instead put there a link to open the website version.

The only thing I worry about is being able to print the whole list if somebody wants or needs it. Potential solution - be able to open the list in its own window without any additional containers, then the browser should be able to print it, I imagine.
