If a table of content is open, AI popover does not close

It does NOT happen if I just have a notebook open, but it DOES happen if I also have a table of content open, then in the notebook ask AI a question and execute it. The chat gets open, the response is shown, but I have the popover hanging from the AI button in the chat window: image
