Do not show blue hyperlinks on red banners

I have a feeling there was another instance of this, but this banner appeared when I added a bunch of students to the course:

I have no issues with colours as far as I know, but this combination really hurts my eyes AND is actually difficult to read despite of large font. Red background makes sense, white text is fine, I think the hyperlink should be only slightly blue or underlined instead of different color, or just not a link at all - "Configuration" is right under the banner.

If there is some global CSS setting to prevent this from happening in other places - that would be great to adjust.
