Be consistent displaying menu shortcuts

and are inconsistent - one uses text with +, another just icons. We should have the same style everywhere.

Which one? Text is easier to read, but it takes more space. Either choice is probably a personal preference, but the ideal solution may be compact icon presentation with explicit text when hovering over those icons, if it is technically feasible.
