Simplify not enough money message and avoid confusing numbers
The amount in question, $17.51, is repeated almost 4 times in this window. Almost, because for some reason (known only to a few people ;-)) the last time it is mentioned it turns into $17.52, inflation in real life...
The button says "Add credit", so there is no need in the title of the box. I think it should say only and in pennies:
"Your balance of $0.00 is not sufficient to cover this cost, please add at least $17.52."
The assumption here is that the actual cost will be in pennies in the future, $17.52, so the last number is exactly the difference between the cost and the current balance. Although if the balance of $0.007 is shown as $0.01, it would be strange to see the required payment to be $17.52 anyway.
My wording completely ignores the minimum allowed balance. I think it should, unless that minimum is less that $0. Adding a separate brunch in this case make perfect sense to me for the sake of simplifying the message for the majority of users.
