Make it easy to distinguish between manual and automatic charges

It would be easier to debug subscription issues if it was possible to easily see in the list of transactions what credits resulted due to automatic payments and which were the result of user actions in the store.

Internally it also could be of interest how much money are flowing in automatically and how much manually, i.e. maybe these two types of credit can be different "service".
