file duplication: add button to duplicate *and* open

when duplicating a file, there should be an additional button to not only duplicate it, but to also open that file immediately after it was created.

No need for more buttons - just open it by default! I can only duplicate one file at a time, I probably want to do it because I am going to change the copy somehow, so let's open it! The current workflow when a file is open:

• go through duplication
• be back in the old file
• go to explorer and find the duplicated file, which can take a file in folders with many files
• open it

I think it makes perfect sense to keep only the first of this items and no users will complain that they have to do extra steps to go to the old file! After all, the analog is "Save As" command, which leaves you with the new file to edit, not the old one.
