Teaching_with_SAGE: links not working and page formatation

On SageMath - Library (https://www.sagemath.org/library.html), there's a link to the page Teaching with SAGE (https://wiki.sagemath.org/Teaching_with_SAGE). The teaching with SAGE page has the following problems, in order of priority:

  1. Most of the links don't work!
  2. missing sage logo

Thanks for your noticing this!

  1. Most of the links don't work!

We have been actively looking at the issue that a lot of teaching materials are outdated. It is possible we should just move that activity to the main website rather than the Wiki in any case.

  1. missing sage logo

That is an issue already noted on another ticket about the Wiki and the logo - there were some files moved around. @fchapoton @mkoeppe just for reference.
