Please add a link for SageMath plugin for GNU TeXmacs
see https://github.com/texmacs/SageMath.tm
The builtin Sage support is outdated. I just fixed it https://github.com/texmacs/GNUTeXmacs/commit/cce5d30681f6c54c242dd7cd7ca249e08a936987 with the help of @eladts
But it won't work until the next release of GNU TeXmacs. However, this repo should solve it.
And the page for GNU TeXmacs on SageMath wiki is outdated.
see https://wiki.sagemath.org/TeXmacs
Please update it. Thanks.
Just ported the tour of sage to the plugin's document:
Thanks @sadhen and @eladts for your work on the SageMath plugin for GNU TeXmacs.
Would you like to edit the TeXmacs page on the Sage wiki yourself?
For that, you need an account for Sage's Trac and Wiki. the procedure for obtaining one is to email
sage-trac-account AT googlegroups DOT com
with the following information
- your full name
- your desired username; the default is the first letter of the given name followed by the family name (i.e. mjohnson for Mike Johnson). If you really want something else you can make a reasonable suggestion
- your contact email
- your reason for needing a trac account (in this case: edit the TeXmacs page on the Sage wiki)
Otherwise, please describe how the TeXmacs page on the Sage wiki should be updated.
@slel
It seems that there are no remaining issues. If there are bugs, report it on the github repo and I will fix it.
TeXmacs’s plugin system is designed to be friendly (kind of) for developers. For Python, a git clone is sufficiet for override the system default one. As a result, fix it on github means fix it for end users.
As for wiki, we will use github pages or something else, to show the TeXmacs version in HTML. As for SageMath, just a mention and a link.
I will provide the link later.
The posts by Darcy Shen(me) this month may be helpful for guys who are interested in GNU TeXmacs.
