Add a gravatar icon to our docker hub repository

Just to keep everybody in the loop, I set up a gravatar icon with some random address on a server I own. The mail address has no privileges except setting the icon, so I hope nobody minds.

Still not perfect but much better. @nthiery: Do you have a hi-res logo somewhere? On mobile that page can scale the logo up to 512x512.

Kind of annoying that you can't just upload logos for organizations. For individuals I can understand using gravatar, but for organizations it kinda sucks. I suppose perhaps we should have an "official" gravatar icon for sage associated with a more "official" address @ sagemath.org.

FWIW here's a higher-res logo that I like you can also try using in the meantime. I have some others as well but this is my personal favorite.
