add 'chat' feature in ipython notebooks (or indeed a project-wide chat)

it would be great to be able to chat in a notebook with whoever happens to be in there at the time.

a little side-bar or something similar to google docs would be perfect.

yeah; a shared chat across an entire project would be perfect.
