RAM Usage is rising to maximum while playing and games are crashing

RAM Usage is rising to maximum while playing and games are crashing. I have 32GB RAM. the ram usage is slowly rising to infinite if i play games

edit: i deleted the stars.gif files and now its not consuming RAM. but i dont know why ?
