Default to Allow All Incoming Upon Install To Prevent Losing Remote Connection

What would you like to add or change?:

I'd like the installer to have an option/parameter to default the global inbound rule to "allow all" so that I don't lose my ssh/rdp/vnc/other remote protocol connection when I'm installing portmaster via remote session. If allow all inbound seems a bit crazy, maybe just add options/parameters to the installer to allow inbound tcp connections for popular remoting protocols.

Blocked inbound connections may be inconvenient in some cases, but it reduces the attack surface. To install Portmaster on a server please see #707.
