MullvadVPN Compatibility Issue (Connection denied)

In portmaster network noise i've got a blocked incoming peer to peer connection from 31173 Services AB, the connection happens because i'm using mullvadvpn. I went to network noise settings and createn an incoming-rule for said connection which is AS39351. The result is the connection is still being blocked by portmaster. I've contacted mullvadvpn support and they told me they cannot guarantee that their vpn service is securely working as intended when any connections are blocked by my firewall.

Hopefully safing can elaborate why the connection is still blocked even after manually allowing it, and how to get this working?
