On the left hand side, the notification comes up if there is a configuration conflict and provides choices that afterwards link directly to each application directly

• the All Apps Section offers: Active, Recently Edited and All categories and groups respective apps
• adding an additional section that highlights which applications are in conflict would be very beneficial and user friendly

Conflict Resolution

this portion is still not very easy to understand, or see what the conflict is providing a side by side comparison as example could be helpful in making a proper decision
