UI: Support automatic reloading of the connections list (Network Activity view)

What would you like to add or change?: Implement a mechanism to automatically refresh or reload the connections list at defined intervals

v2.0.26 is ready for testing and is currently available through the staging update channel.

Verified on v2.0.26 across all platforms. The connection list reloads correctly based on the selected time range (as shown in the GIF above). No issues were found with this functionality.
