what Mac OS Version from 10.0 to 10.15, as far as I know 10.12+ is still covered

I wouldn't engineer an Intel chip compatible version of Portmaster for Mac. Focusing on macOS 26 Tahoe support Apple M{1-4} chips would be sufficient and challenging enough.

I really hope safing.io && IVPN will soon start the project to earn some money.
