Search to also match profile descriptions

What would you like to add or change?:

When searching, also match on the description given to a profile.

Why do you and others need this?:

I often use a profile's description to store general comments (such as affected apps' names) because a profile's name may seemingly be unrelated. If when searching via the Apps and Profiles tab, or the Notifications list, we could match, not only the profile name, but its description too, then this would help with finding previously customised profiles. Otherwise we need to edit the profile names and these could get long and ugly (depending on how much info you need searchable).

Edit: It would probably also help if a profile's paths was also considered when searching.
