Default Network Action Improvement

What would you like to add or change?:

1. For the Default Network action if the mode is chosen as prompt, Instead of prompting the user for each domain to be connected, include an extra option to allow the whole application or not.

2. Prompting the user if a new application makes a connection request.

Why do you and others need this?: If you install a application that does not require the internet and if this mode was available, we can choose to allow or block all connections to the application. It is currently possible to go and manually do this for each application but say if a virus got installed along side another program and is in Stealth mode and in the future makes an unintended connection out of the blue, we can easily notice that and take action. But currently you wouldn't manually go through all your connection requests in history.
