Transaction dialog in mobile view can't be closed

Bug description

Pressing the X in the transaction dialog on mobile screens doesn't do anything.

Note: This does not happen when emulating a mobile viewport e.g. in Chrome

Environment

• Browser: Safari
• Wallet: MetaMask
• Chain: All

Steps to reproduce

1. Open app.safe.global on iOS Safari
2. Connect to a safe and create a transaction
3. Press the X button in the top right corner

Expected result

Transaction dialog should close

Obtained result

Transaction dialog doesn't close
