Notification links take to the wrong safe in certain scenarios

Bug description

If you in SafeA execute a tx and quickly switch to SafeB, when the notification of "tx indexed" pops up and click the link in that notification it will try to load the tx that was just executed in SafeB instead of SafeA

Environment

• Browser: Any
• Wallet: Any
• Chain: Any (tested in Sepolia)
• Env: Current dev build

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to SafeA
2. Execute a tx of any kind
3. Before it finish executing switch to SafeB
4. Wait for the notification with the link to the tx when done executing
5. Click the link

Expected result

Takes to the tx executed in SafeA

Obtained result

Tries to take to that tx but in SafeB, causing the issue
