Confirmation screen is not showing the to address

Bug description

When confirming an existing transaction is a m/n Safe the to address of the transaction is missing.

Environment

• Browser: Chrome
• Wallet: MetaMask
• Chain: Ethereum mainnet

Steps to reproduce

1. Create any transaction calling a smart contract
2. Sign it with 1 owner
3. Sign it with a second owner and observe that there is no to address visible in the confirmation modal.

Expected result

• We see the to address of the transaction.

Obtained result

• We dont

The above screenshot does not show the contract address anywhere. This makes it hard to confirm that the contract called is in fact the correct DAI contract and no fake one.
