Remove the intercom Bubble from UI and change Help Center Wording

We would like to remove the intercom bubble from UI for various reason,

1. Improve the UI look - The bubble obstructs content
2. Push users to self serve.

Users will be able to get support via help centre.

Change the help centre wording to "Need Help?"

When clicking "Need Help?" would Intercom open or the user simply be directed to the Help Center (totally removing Intercom)?
