[EPIC] Create dashboard widget POC

Overview

We would like to integrate more information in our dashboard, even getting from external resources. Currently we can't extract this information. https://github.com/safe-global/safe-pm/issues/92

Requirements

  • [ ] Explore a way of including Safe Apps extract (HTML) in the dashboard
  • [ ] Explore a way of a custom component that can fetch information from a provided backend endpoint (generic widget component). Check this link for web team proposal
