Safe creation process gets stuck when using WC in the gnosis chain

Description

Creating a safe when connecting with WC (MM phone app) gets stuck in step 5, even when the tx was succesfully executed

Environment

• Browser: Chrome
• Wallet: WC (MM phone app)
• Chain: Gnosis chain
• Env: Prod

Steps to reproduce

1. As precondition have in the MM phone app and the MM chrome extension the same account
2. Connect with the MM phone app using WC
3. Create a safe. You will get stuck in the step 5
4. Disconnect from the web app and connect using the chrome extension, having the same account you used with the MM phone app
5. The page will refresh, the creation process will start automatically from step one and it will finish successfully.

Expected result:

The safe creation process should go all the way to the end when using WC

I've reproduced this as well. Tx monitor curiously says "speed-up tx mined".
