Safe creation - Owner Name field is not cleared when removing the line

Description

Entering an address that is already in the Address book (previously entered in another safe) will fill its name. Removing that line and adding it again shows the name again

Environment

• Browser: Chrome
• Wallet: MetaMask
• Chain: Rinkeby
• Env: Dev

Steps to reproduce

1. Load a safe and go to the address book
2. Enter any address and set a name for it
3. Go to safe creation and in the owner step add a 2nd row
4. Enter the address you entered in the address book
5. Delete the row
6. Add a row again

Expected result

All the fields should be empty

Obtained result

The line shows the name autocompleted again
