During testing of the 3.14.1 PR: https://github.com/gnosis/safe-react/pull/2736

During the safe creation and safe loading proccess process is possible to enter a name with more than 50 characters. That should not be allowed.

Either remove this restriction everywhere or do restore it for safe creation.
