Add Zapper.fi Exchange Safe App

The Zapper.fi team built a new Safe App that allows to exchange/swap tokens, which should be reviewed and added to safe-react.

FYI the release is also deployed onto https://zapper-safe-app-mdbpoh65l.vercel.app/ if one would like to quickly test or try out the feature in Gnosis.

@lukasschor Made a slight change to add an API key for the Zapper API, please use https://github.com/Zapper-fi/zapper-safe-app/releases/tag/v1.0.2 instead and https://zapper-safe-app-j85by5q75.vercel.app/ for testing.

Hey guys! So since it's been a little while, we'll do a full regression run through the gnosis web app before opening up the conversation again to have this listed as an app in Gnosis. We'll keep in touch soon!
