[iOS] Can't load Owner Keys when signing multisig transaction on BNB Chain

Bug description Can't load Owner Keys when signing multisig transaction on BNB Chain

Steps To Reproduce

1. In Metamask, add and change the network into BNB Chain
2. In Safe, Settings > App Settings > Owner Keys, connect with the above Metamask wallet on BNB Chain
3. Create a Multisig Safe Account on BNB Chain and deposit some test amount into the multisig wallet
4. Send a small amount from the multisig wallet to another wallet, it will ask to choose Owner Key, but there's no connected owner key in BNB Chain which is connected in step 2.

Expected Result When proposing a outgoing transaction, it should allow to choose connected owner keys in BNB Chain

Screenshots In this case, I connected one wallet in ETH Chain (0x9956) and one wallet on BNB Chain (0x90D4),

but when sending a transaction, it just list the address in ETH Chain
