Bug description Cannot close the screens when creating a new Safe by swiping the screen down, like everywhere else (e.g. when switching Safe Accounts screen) and I am forced to go back to the initial screen of Selecting network to close it by clicking on the close button.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Click on the chevron down icon to open Switch Safe screen
2. Click on Create a new Safe account
3. View Select network screen

Expected Result A user should be able to swipe the screens down to dismiss the flow.
