Sign Transaction Message field has strange symbols on Metamask mobile

Description

When using the SDK to signTransactionHash on Metamask mobile the "Message" field in the prompt to sign the transaction shows symbols and strange characters instead of the hash string.

Environment

  • Safe Core SDK version: ^1.3.0
  • Safe contract version: 1.3.0
  • Environment:
    • browser (Metamask Mobile)

Steps to reproduce

Expected result

Expecting to see the SafeTxHash as I do on desktop.

Additional context

Would like to know if its possible using the SDK to customize this message field?
