[User Accounts] Add name to account

Description

As a user I want to give my account a name So that would make it possible to reference my account and other accounts by name

Requirements

  • Names should be encrypted at the database level.
  • An account name shouldn't be visible unless the request is authenticated (the user has proved their ownership).
