Update web3modal package docs

Web3modal released a new v2 version of their package, which uses wagmi under the hood and wagmi has a connector for the Safe. The current web3modal package will be used with the v1 version of web3modal. Because of that, some people need clarification and think Safe cannot be used with the web3 modal. So we need to update our docs and make it explicit that the current connector is only intended for v1, and for v2 wagmi connector should be used.
