Developer UI: Use Gnosis' infra contracts on networks where they're deployed

For known networks such as rinkeby, mainnet etc, does it make sense to reuse the existing canonical versions? i.e. no need to re-reploy?

Should it always use gnosis' contracts or suggest doing so?

@rmeissner Are there any differences between Gnosis's deployed infra contracts and your own ones? For example, there are methods that can be executed only by owner, etc

From usage POV there shouldn't be any differences
