[Android]The app restart is required if the pairing was canceled on mobile device or ledger to repair

Describe the bug If the user by mistake cancels pairing on the mobile device or Ledger to do a pairing again the mobile app should be restarted. Otherwise, nothing happens when the user click on Ledger nano X in the Select your device list

Precondition All required is done on both mobile device and ledger nano X

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to add owner key flow
2. Select Ledger device
3. cancel pairing either on Ledger or in mobile app
4. restart the flow to pair the same ledger nano X

Current result: Nothing happens after Ledger is clicked The user has to restart the app to do pairing

Expected behavior It should be possible to call pairing without the app restart

• App Version 3.1.0 -3364rc
