Known Modules Scripts

Hello,

I've been snooping around this repository looking for the code that you all used to compute the known modules in your "A comprehensive evaluation..." paper. I'm looking to do a similar known module comparison in some module detection algorithms that I've been playing with.

Is the code for computing these known modules from regulatory networks in this git repository? If so, which script is it in? If not, do you know where can I find this code?
