Select specific gestures for training only

Hi, I have downloaded all the 20bn jester dataset from their website, total 22 files of them. But I plan to use only two type of gestures out of all the available gestures. Can you kindly advise on the way to do so? As I extract one of the files and find out there are different gestures in the files where they are not well separated. So, I need to remove those unwanted gestures from the folder? Thanks in advance.
