Option to choose saved color using Keyboard shortcut

Hi,

I would like to choose a color using a Keyboard shortcut. Currently, the steps include highlighting the text, pressing Ctrl+Shift+C, selecting the Color I want using mouse, and pressing enter. Why not add a number for each saved color so that Ctrl+Shift+1 choose 1st color and so.
