[bug]: Uploads doesn't work

Describe the bug

When I try to upload an image, it shows two toasts; the first one says that the file is uploaded, and the second one shows an error saying that "Something went wrong; please try again later.". In the beginning, I thought maybe this error only happened in your version because you blocked the upload to your uploadthing project, or maybe you exceeded the limit, so I cloned it and tested it with my uploadthing token, but still got the error and nothing uploaded to my uploadthing project.
