Add x11 as Requirement in README

It should be more clear that the plugins are generally not stable under Wayland. For example, I haven't been able to use LSP for a long time, but I just recently learned that Wayland has the problem.

With more distros using Wayland as a default compositor, and with Wayland becoming more popular, it would make sense to note on the README Requirements that LSP is currently unstable on Wayland and needs x11.
