[New Plugin] LSP Duck (tempo-synced ducker/LFO volume curve)

The idea is to implement some LFO-controlled volume manipulator within LSP plugins bundle. The main reference is Nicky Romero's Kickstart plugin that allows to create sidechain-like effect without any side-chain in few clicks.
