Multiband Enhancer

I used the Calf Multiband Enhancer all over my last record, but it was ... difficult in the way that the Calf plugin suite is, mostly that it added some serious unpredictable phase issues in its implementation. Some of that is natural, but I've experienced this with other Calf plugins. Is there any interest in adding such a plugin in the future?

EDIT: Fixed the name of the issue to match the Calf plugin described.

Thanks for the issue. I think once it will be introduced. Currently I'm very concentrated on 1.2.0.
