any guidance update on how we can progress this issue? Maybe we can start by discussing the design and come up with proposed solution. Potential hurdles:

1. need to make sure the n.risk table is in sync with the scale_x_**() breaks
2. positioning of the n at risk table with facets
3. including additional information other than events e.g. n censoring
4. augment the n at risk table with extra information like median survival and CI
