Service is not restarting after close recent apps

Hello this is really fine implementation and I learned a lot of thing from your code. I am stuck at restarting service. After close the app, in Develeoper Options/Running Services it says restarting but never restarts. I tried onDestroy() instead of onTaskRemoved but still cant restart the service
