Unable to Use Multiple Repository Locations

Related to Issue #89

I just tried to add my own repo to the global settings and when I do, the templates won't install. I get an error instead.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the latest release of OpenContent.
2. Add it to a page.
3. Go to Global Settings.
4. Add another repo to the settings, separated by a comma. Such as UpendoVentures/OpenContentTemplates and save the setting.
5. Attempt to add a new template from any location.

Expected Result

The template should appear and/or ask for template settings to be saved.

Actual Result

An error occurs. See below. I tested this on DNN Platform 09.09 and 09.10.

Also, if at least one template has already been added, this occurs.

This is working though. 😄
