Feature Request: add Boot time for PVS targets

Hi,

I would like to see Boot time for PVS targets. That would allow to create some baseline for any performance issues.

If you have "log events to the server's Windows event log" enabled, it will create logs to Application log. Event ID: 10. Source: StreamProcess

I have see that somebody wrote a script that does it, but would prefer to have that integrated with this Report. https://github.com/guyrleech/Citrix/blob/master/Get%20PVS%20boot%20time%20stats.ps1

With the newest version you should see the boot time (using new WMI providers). Does that help? (Works with PVS 1912)
