Existing output HTML deleted when job runs

When the PS script is run, it looks like the first thing it does is delete the existing HTML file from the previous run, leaving people with a 404 error while they try and view it. Is there any way to get it to simply overwrite the existing HTML file when it is complete with the script, eliminating the 404 errors?
