Options: Quick Paste commands with hotkeys have unclear effect

In 3.25.96.00, the "Quick Paste Keyboard" tab of Options offers setting/customizing keyboard shortcuts for numerous commands. The Command column of the table displays a name for each command, but the name alone does not suffice to understand what many commands provide.

If necessary, I can provide a full list of unclear commands, but here are a few:

3. Copy Selection
4. Delete all non used clips
5. Delete Clip Data
6. Force Close Window
7. Global HotKeys
8. Move Selection Down
9. Move Selection Up

I suppose solving involves adding a field to display a description.
